We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our gear is built to outlast trends, seasons, and hard use. We back that promise with a straightforward, honest warranty.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Fire Creek Leather products are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in craftsmanship or materials.
If a stitch fails, hardware breaks, or something wasn’t built the way it should’ve been, we’ll repair or replace it.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Stitching: All hand-stitched seams and thread work
  • Leather Quality: Defects in the leather itself, including premature cracking, splitting, or delamination not caused by misuse
  • Hardware: Snaps, rivets, buckles, and other metal components against breakage or failure
  • Construction: Structural integrity and proper assembly of all components

Warranty Period

  • Holsters: Lifetime warranty on stitching and construction; 2 years on hardware
  • Bags: Lifetime warranty on stitching and construction; 2 years on hardware and zippers
  • Wallets: Lifetime warranty on stitching and construction; 2 years on hardware

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including natural patina development, surface scratches, or color changes
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Damage from improper care or cleaning
  • Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Fire Creek Leather
  • Damage from exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or prolonged water immersion
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered by our warranty:

  1. Contact us at firecreekleather@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. Describe the problem and when you first noticed it
  3. We'll review your claim and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item or arrange for repair

Warranty Resolution

For valid warranty claims, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge
  • Replace the product with the same or comparable item
  • Issue a refund or store credit

We cover return shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements.
